An “Art Supply Swap” is planned for River City Art Association’s May 9 membership meeting set for 6 to 7:30 p.m. at the VFW Shelter in Deming Park at Terre Haute.

This fun activity is an opportunity for area artists to do some creative spring cleaning: Take any and all art-related material that you may not want but is still perfectly usable by another artist.

Everyone can take or trade items they might find useful for themselves or others.

Perhaps someone wants to try a new medium with just a few basic items.

Maybe a student needs some spare brushes, or the grandkids might enjoy “creating” with oil pastels.

The “Art Supply Swap” list provided below suggests, but is not limited to, items artists might want to take to swap.

RCAA’s membership meetings and programs/events are open to the public. All participants are welcome to take a snack or their picnic dinner to this event.
