Kris Toney of Terre Haute is RCAA’s May artist of the month in the Vigo County Public Library’s downtown Terre Haute location. Her display includes seven watercolors. Kris was elected vice president last year and will move into the president position in June. #watercolor #artist #art

Todd Stokes RCAA’s February Artist of the Month

River City Art Association member Todd Stokes is February Artist of the Month at Vigo County Public Library in downtown Terre Haute, Indiana. Todd’s exhibit in the main lobby gallery space features four photographs and three etched glass pieces. Trees and rock formations are recurring themes in his artwork.
