River City Art Association members Edith Acton and Monty “Indiana” Jones of Terre Haute, Deborah Anderson of Carbon and Sheila K. Ter Meer of Brazil have artwork in the 2016 Covered Bridge Art Association’s Associate Members’ Show throughout July in CBAA Gallery in Rockville, Indiana.

 

Acton has two fused glass wall hangings in the show and Jones has two acrylic paintings on display. Jones’ “The Pumpkinseed” received a Third Place in May at the 2016 Wabash Valley Art Guild Annual Spring Show in Terre Haute.

Ter Meer has two digital photo art pieces in the juried Associate Members’ Show. Anderson is showing two of her most recent intarsia art designs.

“When I’m 64,” is one of Anderson’s two entries in the CBAA Associates’ Show. This same Beatles-themed piece won an Honorable Mention in the May 2016 Wabash Valley Art Guild Annual Spring Show.

Anderson won Best of Show in the 2015 CBAA Associate Members’ Show, which awards her the honor of a special exhibition of her work throughout August in the CBAA Gallery.
