River City welcomes back Kit Fisher
River City Art Association welcomes back one of its seven founding members, Kit Fisher. Kit renewed her RCAA membership in April. Kit is well known in the area arts community; her primary medium is painting. Her “Mixed Bell Peppers” won second place honors at the recent Wabash Valley Art Guild’s 37th annual Spring Art Show.
