River City Art Association welcomes back one of its seven founding members, Kit Fisher. Kit renewed her RCAA membership in April.

Kit is well known in the area arts community; her primary medium is painting. Her “Mixed Bell Peppers” won second place honors at the recent Wabash Valley Art Guild’s 37th annual Spring Art Show.
