Ring in the new year with advantages of an RCAA membership

Wabash Valley artists, age 18 and older, are invited to River City Art Association’s Jan. 13 meeting to learn the opportunities and advantages of joining an active artist group of more than 30 members.

Monthly meetings begin at 6 p.m. on the second Tuesday of each month in the Vigo County Public Library in downtown Terre Haute unless otherwise announced here, on Facebook or Instagram.

RCAA offers members ways to connect with local and area artist communities, participate in community art projects, and grow in their personal art journey.

Members can showcase their art through various RCAA hosted shows for free and receive discounts on juried exhibitions. They also can be featured in an RCAA Community Outreach Gallery, host workshops, lead an art discussion, and more.

Membership is just $20 per year.

Feel free to attend the Jan. 13 meeting even if you aren’t a member yet! A special program will be presented by guest artist and Terre Haute muralist Becky Hochhalter.
