RCAA creates ‘River City Express’ for Christmas in the Park 2018

Members of River City Art Association created the “River City Express” for the 2018 Christmas in the Park shelter decorating contest in Deming Park at Terre Haute.

Several shelters are decorated each year on the first weekend after Thanksgiving and are lighted each night through Christmas day.
