RCAA’s Neil Garrison honored at Swope Art Museum annual exhibition

Congratulations!! to River City Art Association member Neil Garrison of Terre Haute on his Grand Champion award winning artwork featured in the 74th Annual Wabash Valley Exhibition in Swope Art Museum at Terre Haute, Indiana.

Garrison’s painting features the oxbow in the Wabash River.

The exhibition opened Sept. 7 with a reception and awards on the second floor of the museum at 25 S. Seventh St.

This year’s distinguished juror and painter Philip Koch of Baltimore, Md., also selected two works by RCAA member Steve Harrold of West Terre Haute for this prestigious exhibition.

The exhibition celebrates several artists from Indiana, Illinois, Kentucky, Michigan and Ohio.

All artwork will be on display through Oct. 21.
