River City Art Association member Neil Garrison received Best in Show at the Juried Exhibition 2018 in Arts Illiana Gallery at Terre Haute, Indiana.

Guest jurors Philip and Brenda Milliren of Terre Haute chose 58 pieces by 36 artists from Indiana, Illinois, Michigan and Kentucky for the regional exhibition, which closed July 20 with an awards presentation.

The Millirens  selected Garrison’s work, an acrylic on canvas, titled “WAR-Hol Pop Artist” for the top honor.
