River City Art Association members Todd Stokes and Jo Rich-Vadas are the featured artists Oct. 15 through Nov. 12 in the Gaslight Art Colony Gallery in Marshall, Ill.

An artist’s reception is set for 6 to 9 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 15 in the gallery at 516 Archer Ave.

Rich-Vadas is well known in the bi-state area for her award-winning paintings.

RCAA vice president Stokes also is an award-winning photographer and etched glass artist.
