Harpist Amy Auset Rohn of Boone County, Indiana

River City Art Association and host sponsor First Financial Bank will present RCAA’s Eighth Annual Juried Exhibition on Friday, Aug. 5, in the bank at Sixth Street and Wabash Avenue in downtown Terre Haute.

An opening reception is scheduled 6 to 8 p.m. in the lobby with entertainment by harpist Amy Auset Rohn of Boone County, Indiana.

Juror Cynthia Phillips-Sabla, assistant professor of art at Saint Mary-of-the-Woods College, will select winners in four categories as well as the Best of Show. Those awards will be announced at 6:30.

People’s Choice will be determined by patrons attending the Downtown First Friday event. The Artists’ Choice also will be awarded at the close of the reception.

Artwork will remain on display for viewing during regular banking hours through Aug. 26.
