RCAA members place at Annual Midwest Photography Juried Exhibition

River City Art Association’s vice president Todd Stokes, secretary Sheila K. Ter Meer and one of RCAA’s most prolific photographers Spencer Young are among the award-winning photographers to be honored Friday, July 22, in the Bicentennial Art Center and Museum at Paris, Ill.

Ed Gillum, the judge for the Annual Midwest Photography Juried Exhibition, awarded the RCAA members Honorable Mention ribbons in the Adult Division.

These winning photographs are among the 60 entries by 21 Indiana and Illinois artists in this year’s show:

The opening reception will begin at 5 p.m. CDT Friday, July 22.  Mr. Gillum will give a critique of the exhibit and hand out the awards at approximately 5:30.

The exhibition can be viewed through Aug. 26 in the Paris Art Center at 132 S. Central Ave. in Paris, Illinois.
