Spencer Young featured in Rose-Hulman spring exhibition

Computer-assisted drawings by River City Art Association member Spencer Young are featured in the spring art exhibition at Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology.

Young’s exhibit “Computer Assisted Whimsy” showcases how he creates 3D objects and pictures in a 2D format through wiremesh and shaded solid designs. This artistic concept came from his career as a geologist for coal mines, where he used computer-assisted drawing software to create maps.

His artwork will be on display through May 30.
