Covered Bridge Girl Scouts

Art Show Entry and Information Entry Procedure & Rules.
- Art media accepted includes Ink/Pencil/Pastel, Photography/Digital Art, watercolor/Oil/Acrylic, and Mixed Media/wood/other.
- Each artist can enter up to three (3) pieces of artwork.
- All work must be the original production of the artist and must not be a copy of an existing work by another artist.
- All 2D work must be framed. Frames must include strong wire on the back for appropriate hanging.
Registration Details – The entry form and registration fee is due by close of business Monday, August 6th, 2012 at the Golden Frame located at 509 Voorhees, TH 47803.
Entry Fee – $20 for members; $30 for non-members. Entry fee must accompany entry form and is non-refundable.
Art Work Drop off – Art work must be dropped off at the Covered Bridge Girl Scouts on Friday, August 10th between the hours of noon and 6p.m..
Reception – Artists and guests are invited to a reception Saturday, August 11th, 2012, 6:00-7:00p.m. Awards at this time.
