Several award-winning photography-based digital abstracts by Sheila K. Ter Meer of Brazil, Indiana are featured through mid-October in River City Art Association’s Community Outreach Gallery in Terre Haute Regional Hospital. The gallery space is located in the cafeteria area of the hospital.
