River City member Sheila K. Ter Meer’s photo “Rose,” Overall Winner in ISU’s recent “Aging in the Wabash Valley” photography competition, is featured on the cover of ISU’s online magazine, STATE, and accompanies an inside story titled “Aging Gracefully: Indiana State’s gerontology certificate is changing lives.”
