And the People’s Choice Award goes to … Debra Butler
Congratulations to RCAA member and photographer Debra Butler of Terre Haute! The People’s Choice Award at RCAA’s 15th Annual Juried Exhibition went to her photography entry, “Tunnel In.” This honor was determined by votes by patrons visiting the exhibition in First Financial Plaza in Terre Haute Aug. 4-31.
