River City Art Association member Todd Stokes is February Artist of the Month at Vigo County Public Library in downtown Terre Haute, Indiana.
Todd’s exhibit in the main lobby gallery space features four photographs and three etched glass pieces. Trees and rock formations are recurring themes in his artwork.
