Six new watercolors by member Donald E. Turner of Terre Haute are featured throughout February in River City Art Association’s Artist of the Month gallery space in the Vigo County Public Library at Seventh and Poplar Streets.

Turner’s works include a portrait, two landscapes, a seascape and two graphic art pieces, all on public display for the first time.
