RCAA’s Steve Harrold receives Indiana State Fair honor

The Red Dress-Steve Harrold

River City Art Association member Steve Harrold of West Terre Haute received an Honorable Mention for one of three paintings he entered in the Indiana State Fair at Indianapolis.

He estimates 171 pieces in the Professional Painting (oil and acrylic) category.

Steve’s artwork titled “The Red Dress” received one of six honorable mentions given.

The Red Dress previously was awarded Reserve Champion at the 2018 Vigo County Fair in Terre Haute.
