Congratulations to River City Art Association member Spencer Young of Clinton.

His photograph of “Upper Cataract Falls”  received the Paris Bridge Club Award at the annual Midwest Photography Juried Exhibition in the Bicentennial Art Center at 132 S. Central Ave. in Paris, Illinois.
