RCAA group show June 19-July 17 in Bicentennial Art Center

Artwork by members of River City Art Association will be the featured exhibit Friday, June 19, through July 17 in the Bicentennial Art Center and Museum at Paris, Ill.

An opening reception to meet the artists is scheduled 5:30 to 8 p.m. CDT Friday, June 19.

Participating artists include RCAA president Mike Bender, Della Bender, Dian Phillips, Judith Lynn Smith, founding member Monty Jones, Marty Jones, Spencer Young, Don Turner, vice president Todd Stokes, secretary Sheila K. Ter Meer, treasurer Edith Acton, Richard Acton, Jo Anne Perigo Fiscus and Bruce Fiscus.

RCAA meets at 6 p.m. on the second Tuesday of each month in the Vigo County Public Library at Seventh and Poplar streets. For membership information visit rivercityart.org or call president Mike Bender at 812-251-7724.

The art center is at 132 S. Central Ave. Gallery hours are 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. CDT Tuesday through Friday with group tours available. Admission is free.
